The Rotrex C38-92 supercharger head unit is a compact, high-capacity Rotrex model capable of supporting up to about 650 hp on engines from roughly 2.4 to 6.0 L. It uses the patented Rotrex planetary traction drive with a 7.5:1 drive ratio to reach impeller speeds up to 90,000 RPM. The self-contained Rotrex design and high-speed impeller make it suitable where a compact, high-output supercharger is required.
