Wehrli Custom Fab S400 high-mount turbo swap kit for 2004.5–2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins supports installation of an S400-based turbo on 2nd-gen style exhaust manifolds (manifold sold separately). Each kit is hand-built, with TIG-welded tubing, CNC-machined mating flanges and O-ring seals. The kit includes a shorty 4" downpipe that mates to a v-band, silicone boots with stainless T-bolt clamps, oil feed and drain fittings, a 3" hot-side intercooler pipe, powder-coated finish and a dry air pre-filter.
