The BD Diesel Stage 1 CP3 Pump and Injectors package is built for 2003–2004 Dodge 5.9L Cummins applications and combines a higher-capacity CP3 pump with flow-matched common rail injectors. The pump’s 12mm stroke camshaft and modified plungers increase flow to about 5.25 LPM versus stock 3.05 LPM; upgraded shaft material and heat treatment improve toughness. Injectors are extrude-honed, calibrated and flow-matched for consistent delivery.
