The Exergy XRG pressure relief valve is a fuel-system relief component for 2001–2004 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LB7 applications. It’s rated to 1800 bar (≈26,000 PSI) and uses an M16x1.5 thread for direct-fit replacement where that specification is required. The valve opens at its setpoint to relieve excess rail pressure and protect injectors and other high-pressure fuel components in diesel common-rail systems.
