The Exergy XRG pressure relief valve is a fuel-system relief component for 2001–2004 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LB7 applications. It’s rated to 2200 bar (≈32,000 PSI) and uses an M16x1.5 thread for direct-fit replacement where that specification is required. The valve protects the high-pressure fuel rail and injectors by opening at its setpoint to vent excess pressure during high-demand operation or tuning changes.
