The Oracle LED fog halo kit for Lexus IS 300 (2001–2005) installs into the factory fog housing to add a ColorSHIFT halo ring built from surface-mount diode LEDs on a CAD-designed 6-layer PCB for bright, low-power output. The kit mounts with pre-applied 3M tape and operates on 12V, so it can be wired to a controller, a switch, or the parking/running lights. The ColorSHIFT option needs a separate controller.
