The ORACLE LED fog halo kit for Lincoln Navigator (2003–2005) adds a white halo to compatible fog light housings and uses a 12V connection. ORACLE uses SMD LED chips mounted on a CAD‑designed 6‑layer PCB for dependable bright output while keeping power draw low; the PCB installs via preinstalled 3M adhesive. The kit can be wired to a controller, switch, or parking/running lights. ColorSHIFT requires a separate controller.
