The SPC IHC/Navistar torque arm shim is a 1/16" thickness shim sold six per box to adjust thrust angle and toe when installed between the torque arm and the spring hanger. On Navistar applications it can also help center the axle with the frame rails when used on the lateral link. It provides a simple alignment correction for heavy-duty tandem setups.
