The H&R 60mm I.D. race spring (100mm length, 220 N/mm) is a single main race spring made from special (hf) 54SiCr6 spring steel. Manufactured in Germany using a high-tensile wire alloy, H&R’s thinner construction produces about 15% less weight and roughly 10% more travel versus comparable springs, giving tuners a wider adjustment window and crisper handling. H&R main springs are pre-blocked to avoid setting or sag. The 60mm program provides many lengths and rates plus tender springs for motorsport and Euro-spec cars like the Porsche GT3.
