The Maxtrac 4-inch lift spindle pair is a front axle spindle kit that raises a vehicle 4 inches while retaining steering geometry for 2001–2009 Ford Ranger 2WD coil-sprung models without StabiliTrak. Cast from ductile iron and e-coated for corrosion resistance, the spindles include all necessary hardware and increase track width about 0.5 inch per side.
