The Tuff Country steering block for 1969–1993 Dodge 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks with Dana 44 axles replaces worn factory steering components when a suspension lift is fitted. Part of the EZ-Ride line, it’s intended for vehicles lifted 4 inches or more to reduce bump steer and improve on-road handling, giving a more controlled steering geometry for lifted Dodge trucks.
