The BackRack low-profile drill hardware kit for 2007+ Chevy and GMC Silverado/Sierra allows mounting a 21-inch toolbox at rail height by drilling two holes through the bed rail. Four carriage head bolts secure the assembly so the toolbox sits low while using existing clamps.
